Auto Parts Co. Escapes Chrysler Defect Indemnity Suit

Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 6:32 PM EDT) -- An Oklahoma federal judge on Wednesday tossed a suit seeking to force an auto parts maker to indemnify DaimlerChrysler Corp. in a putative vehicle defect class action that has been stayed by a bankruptcy court, ruling TRW Automotive US LLC’s obligation does not yet exist.
