Kaplan Escapes Ex-Worker's FCA Retaliation Suit

Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 7:41 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Wednesday tossed an ex-Kaplan University employee's remaining retaliation claim in a long-running False Claims Act suit against Kaplan, citing another case in which the worker was found to have been fired for legitimate reasons.
