Del. Chancery Won't Send Arbitration Dispute To High Court

Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 8:39 PM EDT) -- A Delaware Court of Chancery judge declined to certify an interlocutory appeal request Wednesday to the state Supreme Court over an arbitration dispute between two rare coin depository companies and an Israeli bank that alleges the companies wrongly transferred collateral tied to a loan.

With the decision, Vice Chancellor Donald F. Parsons Jr. sided with Israel Discount Bank of New York, which balked at the appeal request. The request came in weeks before the bank's trial is set to start in November over First State Depository...
