Illinois AG Sues ExxonMobil Over Oil Burst At Refinery

Law360, Chicago (October 31, 2012, 7:28 PM EDT) -- The Illinois Attorney General's Office sued ExxonMobil Oil Corp. in state court Wednesday over a burst of oil mist allegedly released by one of its refineries, demanding a preliminary injunction to force the oil giant to investigate and come up with a cleanup plan for the spill.
