Law360, New York (November 1, 2012, 2:17 PM EDT) -- South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley and the state tax department failed to prevent a massive data breach that compromised more than 3.6 million Social Security numbers, according to a putative class action filed Wednesday by a former state senator.
