Only Proven Carcinogens Will Make Prop 65 List: Calif. Court

Law360, New York (November 1, 2012, 7:19 PM EDT) -- Chemicals only suspected, but not proven, to cause cancer can't be included in California's list of known carcinogens, a California appeals court ruled Wednesday in a challenge to Proposition 65 listings brought by representatives for the styrene and vinyl acetate industries.
