Delphi Amends Settlement With ERISA Plaintiffs

Law360, New York (November 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In an effort to wind down the consolidated ERISA class action pending against the company, bankrupt auto parts maker Delphi Corporation has amended its settlement agreement to reflect an objection to the agreement by one of its creditors.

In a document filed on Nov. 1 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Delphi amended the settlement agreement to clarify that creditor State Street Bank and Trust Company, which had objected to the settlement, should not be lumped in with the settling parties...
