Clock Ticking For Legal Challenges To Tappan Zee Approval

Law360, New York (November 1, 2012, 5:09 PM EDT) -- Having granted clean air, land, water resources and other environmental clearances for New York's estimated $5.2 billion replacement of the Tappan Zee bridge, federal officials said in a notice Thursday the public would have about five months to seek judicial review.

The Federal Highway Administration, part of the U.S. Department of Transportation, said the public would have 150 days from Nov. 2 to challenge the agency's actions granting approval for the massive project.
