NY Times, Others Push DC Circ. To Release USTR Document

Law360, New York (November 1, 2012, 6:48 PM EDT) -- More than 30 media organizations, including the New York Times, urged the D.C. Circuit on Wednesday to release a classified document from failed trade negotiations, saying a lower court had properly exercised its power to review government decisions to classify information.
