J&J Close To Settlement With 845 Plaintiffs In Levaquin MDL

Law360, Chicago (November 1, 2012, 6:04 PM EDT) -- Johnson & Johnson is close to settling the claims of roughly 845 plaintiffs in a multidistrict litigation claiming that the antibiotic Levaquin causes serious tendon injuries and that the company failed to provide proper warning, according to a filing entered in Minnesota federal court Tuesday.
