High Court Asked To Consider Union's Duty To Nonmembers

Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 7:16 PM EDT) -- Teamsters Local 523 has urged the U.S. Supreme Court to resolve a circuit split over whether a union violates federal labor law by giving preference to the members of its bargaining unit over employees it does not represent.
