Enviros Lose Bid For Injunction Blocking Calif. Bypass

Law360, New York (November 1, 2012, 9:32 PM EDT) -- Northern California environmental groups lost their bid for a preliminary injunction Thursday to block a bypass project in Willits, Calif., when a California federal court ruled that they hadn't shown the project would cause irreparable environmental harm or that they have a strong chance of defeating the project in court.
