Enviro Groups Sue Again Over Mojave Water-Mining Plan

Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 7:27 PM EDT) -- Environmental groups sued San Bernardino County on Thursday in California state court, claiming it violated state environmental law and its own groundwater laws when it allowed a project that would extract billions of gallons of Mojave Desert groundwater and pipeline it into Orange County.
