DC Circ. Lets Navy Chaplains' Religious Bias Suit Move Forward

Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 4:26 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday determined that a group of military chaplains who claim the Navy Chaplain Corps is biased against certain Christian denominations have standing to pursue an injunction which seeks to block certain procedures within the Navy's promotion system that allegedly lead to religious favoritism.
