Insurers Can't Duck JWR's Chinese Drywall Suit Coverage

Law360, Chicago (November 2, 2012, 5:31 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge refused Friday to go back on a ruling that found contractor JWR Construction Services Inc.'s insurers must defend it in an underlying class action over allegedly defective Chinese drywall, shooting down the insurers' argument that two policy exclusions bar coverage.
