Atty Must Provide $40M Fen-Phen Deal Info To US: 6th Circ.

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 1:42 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit on Friday said a lower court properly ordered an attorney to fully account for the $40.2 million she collected for clients who were bilked out of their share of a $200 million class action settlement over diet pill fen-phen by their now-jailed lawyers.
