Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 8:25 PM EDT) -- A pair of German shipping companies were issued $1.2 million in criminal penalties and ordered to stay out of U.S. waters for five years after pleading guilty to charges of illegally dumping oil at sea and obstruction of justice in Texas federal court Friday.
