Nonprofit Needn't Reveal Source Of $11M Calif. PAC Donation

Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 7:25 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Friday rejected the state attorney general's emergency bid to force an Arizona-based nonprofit to reveal how it got the $11 million it contributed to a California political action committee that is campaigning against a state tax initiative.
