Texas Court Reopens Atty's Suit Over Dynegy Legal Fees

Law360, Houston (November 2, 2012, 7:35 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday reinstated an appeal by a criminal defense attorney who is fighting the reversal of most of his $3 million jury award in a suit over legal fees he incurred defending former Dynegy Inc. executive James Olis against securities fraud charges.
