Bankrupt AFA Foods Fights Proposed Switch To Ch. 7

Law360, Wilmington (November 2, 2012, 9:55 PM EDT) -- AFA Foods Inc., the meat processor driven to Chapter 11 by the "pink slime" controversy, asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge Friday to reject a putative class of former employees' motion seeking to convert the case to Chapter 7, saying the change would harm creditors of all classes.
