Feds Can Use Ex-Nixon Peabody Atty Interview In Ponzi Trial

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 6:52 PM EST) -- An interview between a former Nixon Peabody LLP attorney charged with helping cover up a Ponzi scheme and attorneys representing the firm is not protected by attorney-client privilege and can be admitted as evidence in the trial against him, a California federal judge ruled Friday.
