JPMorgan Can't Escape Botched Loan Mod Advice Claims

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 5:30 PM EST) -- A Virginia federal judge refused Monday to pare a suit accusing JPMorgan Chase Bank NA of botching a homeowner's loan modification request, saying there's evidence the mortgage servicer flouted contract terms and committed defamation by disseminating bogus information about late payments.
