ITC Launches Full Review Of Suspended Lemon Juice Duties

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 7:15 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Monday that it would launch full reviews to decide whether it should terminate long-suspended investigations of possible dumping of lemon juice from Mexico and Argentina.

The commission voted unanimously to expand its regularly scheduled sunset reviews of the proposed duties, which the ITC and the U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily approved in 2006 before reaching an agreement with respondent The Coca-Cola Co. and others to remedy the alleged dumping.
