Ga. Top Court Reverses $459M American Home Junk Fax Ruling

Law360, Chicago (November 5, 2012, 6:35 PM EST) -- Georgia's highest court reversed a state appeals court ruling Monday that axed a $459 million damages award against window installation company American Home Services Inc. in a junk fax class action, finding the reversal was in error because it required that damages be based on faxes actually received.
