Commerce To Review Duties On Carbon Steel Imports

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 6:13 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce will begin five-year sunset reviews on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from China, India, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand and the Ukraine, according to a notice published Monday in the Federal Register.

The notice was published concurrently with the International Trade Commission's announcement that it, too, will institute five-year reviews on the same orders.
