Shareholder Gets Chance To Halt $110M Ramtron Deal

Law360, Wilmington (November 5, 2012, 9:33 PM EST) -- A putative class action targeting Ramtron International Corp.'s $110 million takeover by a rival chipmaker got placed on the fast track Monday as a Delaware state judge agreed to schedule a preliminary injunction hearing Nov. 19, one day before shareholders are set to vote on the deal.
