No Interim Appeal For Crystal Co. In Plant Explosion Suit

Law360, New York (November 7, 2012, 4:49 PM EST) -- An Illinois federal judge on Monday refused to certify NDK Crystal Inc.’s interlocutory appeal of an order allowing an insurer to fight coverage of a fatal 2009 synthetic crystal plant explosion, saying it failed a four-prong test for such appeals.
