Ex-SGB Partner Loses Arbitration Bid Over Firing At New Firm

Law360, New York (November 6, 2012, 5:25 PM EST) -- A California appeals court on Monday rejected former Spray Gould & Bowers LLP partner William Glenn Johnson’s bid to compel arbitration in a wrongful termination suit brought by his partner at his new firm, saying the partnership agreement’s arbitration provision was unconscionable.
