BLT Restaurant Ends Trademark Row With Chef

Law360, New York (November 6, 2012, 3:50 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Monday dismissed a lawsuit brought by BLT Restaurant Group LLC against chef and former employee Laurent Tourondel, saying the parties settled allegations that Tourondel's restaurant, LT Burger, violated trademarks of BLT's burger chain.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael H. Dolinger did not disclose the terms of the settlement between BLT Restaurant Group and Tourondel. He dismissed the case with prejudice.
