Citing Sandy, Quigley Seeks More Voting Time For Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, New York (November 6, 2012, 2:24 PM EST) -- Pfizer Inc. unit Quigley Co. Inc. asked a New York bankruptcy judge Monday to extend the voting deadline on its Chapter 11 plan by two weeks, saying Hurricane Sandy's aftermath has disadvantaged creditors in the Northeast, who have requested more time.
