Crawford Labs Wants Arcadis Ordered To Continue Site Cleanup

Law360, Chicago (November 6, 2012, 6:03 PM EST) -- Crawford Laboratories Inc. told an Illinois federal judge Tuesday that it needs a temporary restraining order forcing Arcadis US Inc. to continue its environmental remediation work at a Crawford site, while Arcadis argued that the dispute belongs before their arbitrator and no emergency exists to warrant the order.
