Passengers Target Boeing Over Warsaw Crash Landing

Law360, Chicago (November 7, 2012, 7:35 PM EST) -- Passengers of a November 2011 flight from New Jersey to Poland sued The Boeing Co. in Illinois state court Tuesday, alleging that the plane the company designed had a leaky hydraulic system that led to their crash landing.
