Judge Junks American Airlines Suit Against NMB Union Ruling

Law360, New York (November 6, 2012, 11:40 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Tuesday tossed American Airlines Inc.'s suit challenging a National Mediation Board ruling allowing for a vote on a union's potential representation of American Airlines' passenger service agents, after the Fifth Circuit refused to rehear an appeal by the airline.
