Anti-Health Reform Measures DOA After High Court Ruling

Law360, New York (November 7, 2012, 6:35 PM EST) -- Voters in four states approved ballot initiatives barring implementation of key provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act on Tuesday, but they are toothless now that the U.S. Supreme Court has said that the law is constitutional, health care attorneys told Law360 on Wednesday.
