Aegean, Olympic $92M Merger Sent To EU Watchdog

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 12:15 PM EST) -- Greek regulators said Wednesday that they would refer Aegean Airlines SA's proposed €72 million ($92 million) purchase of Olympic Air SA to the European Commission, less than two years after the EC scuttled a prior proposed merger between the air carriers.
