Ex-Penn State Prez Out On Bail In Sandusky Cover-Up Case

Law360, Philadelphia (November 7, 2012, 3:51 PM EST) -- Ex-Penn State President Graham Spanier left prison on $125,000 bail Wednesday, after being charged last week with criminal conspiracy and obstruction of justice for allegedly failing to inform law enforcement of sexual abuse perpetrated by former assistant coach Jerry Sandusky.

The ousted president did not enter a plea at the arraignment hearing in suburban Harrisburg, but will later plead not guilty, according to his attorney Elizabeth Ainslie of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP.
