Objections Pile Up Against Delphi

Law360, New York (November 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Bankrupt Delphi Corp. said Monday that it will ask the court to delay consideration of its reorganization plan and disclosure statement after key committees filed objections to recent amendments.

A judge in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York was set to consider the issues later this week, but Delphi said it wanted to continue discussions with the official committee of equity security holders and others that filed objections on Friday.
