Former Carter's Exec Charged With Insider Trading

Law360, New York (November 7, 2012, 7:54 PM EST) -- A Georgia federal grand jury on Wednesday charged a former investor relations head at children's clothing company Carter's Inc. with fraud in connection with an alleged insider trading scheme that prosecutors say took place over several years.

The grand jury indicted Eric M.
