Texas Blocked From Defunding Planned Parenthood

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 7:10 PM EST) -- A Texas judge on Thursday blocked efforts by state officials to cut funding to Planned Parenthood chapters for women’s health care because they affiliate with abortion providers, saying the move likely violates state law by threatening loss of federal money.
