Marathon Wants To Boot Fulbright In $792M Oil Contract Row

Law360, Houston (November 8, 2012, 5:51 PM EST) -- Marathon Oil Co. on Monday told a Texas court that counsel for a Noble Corp. unit should be booted from a $792 million oil production contract dispute because arguments being advanced by the firm conflict with advice it once gave Marathon as a client.
