Dura Demands Transparency From Ballard Spahr

Law360, New York (November 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Locked in a struggle with some senior noteholders, Dura Automotive Systems Inc. is demanding that the law firm currently aiding its opponents provide the supplier and the court with more information about which creditors exactly it is representing.

On Friday, Dura filed papers in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware asking the judge to prevent Ballard, Spahr, Andrew & Ingersoll from proceeding with any actions in the Chapter 11 case until the firm fully complies with so-called Bankruptcy Rule 2019.
