High Court Asks Speakeasy To Respond In Patent Deal Case

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 4:43 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court  on Thursday asked Internet service providers Speakeasy Inc. and MegaPath Inc. to respond to a cert petition in a case dealing with the question of whether patent licensing agreements styled as settlements can prevent a licensee from later challenging a patent's validity.
