US Bank Says American Airlines Must Pay To Refinance

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 4:18 PM EST) -- U.S. Bank Trust NA, the trustee under aircraft agreements with American Airlines Inc., sued the debtor in New York bankruptcy court on Wednesday, saying it must make the bank whole for its refinancing of secured notes because that refinancing had nothing to do with the bankruptcy.
