Due Process Denied In Lionsgate '50/50' Suit, 7th Circ. Hears

Law360, New York (November 9, 2012, 2:46 PM EST) -- Eastland Music Group LLC on Wednesday reaffirmed its position that it is owed full consideration of its trademark infringement allegations against Lionsgate Entertainment Inc. over the film “50/50,” telling the Seventh Circuit that it was denied due process when an Illinois federal court prematurely dismissed its case.
