NJ Sierra Club Asks EPA To Review Post-Sandy Permit Waivers

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 3:45 PM EST) -- The New Jersey Sierra Club on Wednesday called on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to intervene as New Jersey moves forward with a waiver of certain permitting requirements to help government agencies repair or replace roads, bridges, bulkheads and other critical infrastructure damaged by Hurricane Sandy.
