Deutsche Threatens Suit If FERC Doesn't Drop $1.5M Fine

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 3:16 PM EST) -- Deutsche Bank AG’s energy trading unit on Monday threatened to take the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to court if it doesn’t drop a proposed $1.5 million fine for the alleged manipulation of electricity prices in California, saying the regulator had taken a “radical” legal position.
