Home Care Co. Wants Block On Patient Data Access Lifted

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 4:52 PM EST) -- Home care company Mission Home Health of San Diego Inc. asked for an injunction against two information technology companies in Texas state court Wednesday, saying the companies' threats to block Mission's access to patient data over a contract dispute could endanger lives.
