Commerce Says Chinese Exporters Dumped Steel Rods

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 5:54 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce on Thursday confirmed a previous determination that two Chinese steel threaded rod manufacturers sold their products at rates below normal market value in the U.S., but reduced the companies' dumping margin.

Commerce's International Trade Administration issued a final determination that affirmed their May finding that Chinese firms RMB Fasteners Ltd. and IFI & Morgan Ltd. dumped the threaded rods, or studs, between April 2010 and March 2011.
