DOD Shoots Down Talk Of Panetta Retirement

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 7:09 PM EST) -- Pentagon Secretary George Little deflected questions about Defense Secretary Leon Panetta's plans to retire after President Barack Obama's re-election, saying Thursday that Panetta is focused on the job at hand and doesn't want to encourage speculation about his possible replacement.
