State Regulators Cheer CFPB Mortgage Disclosure Rules

Law360, New York (November 9, 2012, 3:26 PM EST) -- State banking and mortgage regulators on Friday said they supported the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's proposals to streamline mortgage disclosures, but said that the agency should provide borrowers with a more consistent way of comparing prices.
